Pricing

We work out our prices without VAT. Please check all the information provided by your government about all the taxes you will need to pay in your country when receiving your order.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw (either temporarily or permanently) any amount of the website with or without prior warning. If modifications are made without prior notification to our customers, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are aware of such changes, and by continuing to purchase affected goods you are expressing your acceptance of these changes. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you must immediately stop using the website and contact us.

Shipping

We will aim to minimise risk of damage to products in transit through wrapping and packing as securely as possible. There are rare occurrences when damage is incurred to orders in transit, and care must always be take to open parcels so as to avoid spillages, further damage to goods and/or damage to other property (carpets/clothing etc). Damage caused as a result of ill considered parcel-opening methods will not be compensated.

Placing orders

You place the order for your products on the website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.
We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered.
As your product is shipped we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.

Refunds and cancellations

If you have any questions about the item, please contact us by email before purchasing. The address is baulinartist@gmail.com. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process. Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order. We reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is not made within the 7 day period after the order arrives at the customer or if it does not meet these Terms and Conditions. Please contact us before requesting a refund. We reserve the right to decline refund requests for the customized products.

Please remember that it’s your responsibility to pay any customs taxes according to laws and rules of your country. If you are refusing to receive the order because you are not willing to pay the VAT or any other customs tax, we reserve the right to make you only partial refund keeping our shipping expenses.

Refund process

  • Once we receive a request, we will contact the customer within 2 working days.
  • Once we approve the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 5 working days and send us an email. Please also attach the tracking number.
  • Once we receive the refund item(s), we will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.
