6. Cookies, analytics, and embedded content

Essential website functions

The website uses cookies and similar technologies to support functions such as the shopping cart, checkout session, and storage of your privacy preferences.

Blocking essential cookies through your browser may prevent some website functions from working correctly.

Complianz

We use Complianz GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent to manage cookie preferences and remember your choices.

You can review and change your choices using the cookie preference controls available on the website. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place lawfully before withdrawal.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website and to improve its content and usability.

Google Analytics may process information such as pages visited, interactions with the website, referral sources, browser and device information, approximate location, and cookie identifiers.

Complianz is configured to block Google Analytics until you provide consent for analytics. You can refuse analytics or withdraw your consent through the website’s cookie preference controls.

Further information is available in Google’s Privacy Policy.

Embedded YouTube videos

Some pages contain embedded YouTube videos.

When an embedded player loads or you interact with it, your browser may connect to Google or YouTube servers. They may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and information about the page or video viewed. The player may also use cookies or similar technologies.

If you are signed in to your Google or YouTube account, Google may associate interactions with your account, depending on its settings and policies.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.

Access to personal information is limited to people and providers who need it for the relevant purposes. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
