Alpine 8×10 ultralight pochade box

Description

Lightweight 8×10 pochade box designed for plein air painters who want the largest possible working area with the least possible weight.

The Alpine 8×10 weighs only 0.6 kg (1.32 lb), making it an excellent choice for hiking, travel and quick outdoor painting sessions where every extra pound matters.

This model is designed for artists who usually complete one painting during a plein air session and do not need an integrated wet panel carrier. By eliminating unnecessary storage and carrier weight, the Alpine provides an exceptionally efficient ratio of working surface to total weight.

The adjustable top and bottom clamps allow you to use a variety of panel sizes up to 8×10 inches, so you are not limited to one specific format.

The built-in palette is treated with oil and can be used directly for mixing oil paints without absorbing the binder from the paint.
