Refund policy
If you have any questions about the item, please contact us by email before purchasing. The address is baulinartist@gmail.com. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process. Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order. We reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is not made within the 7 day period after the order arrives at the customer or if it does not meet these Terms and Conditions. Please contact us before requesting a refund. We reserve the right to decline refund requests for the customized products.
Please remember that it’s your responsibility to pay any customs taxes according to laws and rules of your country. If you are refusing to receive the order because you are not willing to pay the VAT or any other customs tax, we reserve the right to make you only partial refund keeping our shipping expenses.
Refund process
- Once we receive a request, we will contact the customer within 2 working days.
- Once we approve the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 5 working days and send us an email. Please also attach the tracking number.
- Once we receive the refund item(s), we will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.
